Your tickets are valid on the date and time shown on the confirmation. You will be required to arrive no later than 10 min before your booked time. You will lose your ticket if do not arrive on time.   Please be aware that an average visit takes 30-45 minutes. Your tour is self-guided so you’re welcome to stay for as long as you like, within our opening hours.

You can modify your booking via your account up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Changes made after this period will not be possible.
